Stover, secretary sent letter and order on behalf of Beatrix Farrand. Order is no longer with letter but is accession number C10:BF 1943.10.02C.

Typescript letter from S. James Todd, Conard-Pyle Company to Beatrix Farrand confirming order for 63 roses to be sent to James Bryce for Dumbarton Oaks, Washington, D.C. If Farrand needs to change order it needs to be done by November 1, 1943. A handwritten note in pencil was added probably by Beatrix Farrand to Isabelle M. Stover, her secretary to notify James Bryce of order and arrival of roses.
